How To Use
1. Close the gripper, press the “zero” switch to adjust zero
2. The position to measure the skin fold is the abdomen (about 1 inch above the right hip bone)
3. When standing still, use your left thumb and index finger to pinch the upper part of the skin fold, place the lower jaw of the digital body fat caliper on the skin fold, and continue to pinch the skin fold with your left hand
4. Press the jaw until you feel a slight pain. Then press the “HOLD” switch to hold the measurement. After reading, press the “HOLD” switch to continue. Repeat three times and use the average value as your measurement. Refer to the body fat explanation table to determine your body fat percentage and its meaning.
